We use various couriers and shipping agents. For international customers, once the parcel arrives at your country it may be delivered using your local post service.
New Zealand delivery time is usually 2-5 working days.
Worldwide delivery may be between 5-20 working days.
If your parcel is sent courier tracked, we will advise you of the tracking number.
We do not ship to PO boxes, please ensure a physical address is entered on your order.
Any import duties, taxes or customs fees that are levied by the authorities in your country are your responsibility. Refusal to pay these taxes or fees will result in your parcel not being delivered, we cannot refund your order. We recommend you check your country’s import regulations for honey prior to ordering.
We cannot send honey to Western Australia.
European Union – deliveries are limited to 2Kg of honey per order. Orders that contain greater than 2Kgs are split into multiple packages and shipping charges are adjusted accordingly.
